How to craft a visual identity rooted in deep blue while keeping the design clear, elegant, and engaging?

I created the full brand identity with Procreate (logo, drawings, animation) and designed the digital presence on Wix Studio. The visual system balanced deep blue with black and white to convey trust and culture while ensuring readability.
